Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at MTHD Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of design principles.

You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and that of our clients. Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FIGMA to produce innovative designs. Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma to present design concepts effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure designs are modern and relevant. Incorporate Shopify/Webflow standards into design projects when necessary. Conduct photography sessions as required for promotional materials or product showcases. This will be directing our photographers to ensure the assets you're getting creatively are the ones you can use. Present design ideas and concepts to management, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Skills

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FIGMA. Familiarity with web design principles, including HTML/Webflow/Shopify etc. Experience using design tools such as Figma, for creating user-friendly interfaces. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create cohesive visual identities that resonate with target audiences.
