As a Graphic & Motion Designer at Xibo, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our brand across digital, print, web, and signage platforms. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging visual content--from marketing assets and advertisements to websites, motion graphics, and high quality videos.
This role requires more than traditional graphic design: you'll bring expertise in video creation, motion graphics, and animation, combined with a strong grasp of UX design, web flow optimisation, and prototyping in Figma. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are not only visually striking but also strategically aligned with business goals.
A key focus will be end-to-end marketing creatives and videos --creating static, animated, video, and website content--using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, AI platforms, and the Xibo Digital Signage CMS. You'll also be encouraged to push creative boundaries, think outside the box, and experiment with emerging tools and trends to create innovative, memorable brand experiences.

Develop engaging digital signage experiences--from static visuals to complex, animated and interactive layouts.
Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver brand consistent, impactful campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency and storytelling cohesion across all visual touchpoints.
Apply UX and design-thinking principles to enhance website usability, customer journeys, and content flow optimisation.
Stay ahead of design, video, and motion trends to continuously elevate creative output.
