Job Description

We are recruiting for the role of Graphic Designer to join our business.

As the Graphic designer you will play a key role working with the E-commerce Manager to lead the creative vision and direction of the brand. The role will work closely with our marketing, social, online and retail teams to deliver assets and ensure the consistent and captivating execution of our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints. We are looking for someone who will be able to understand our DNA and creatively bring to life the story of the brand and ensure that the content we create and the way its presented elevates the perception of the brand as we grow.

Key Responsibilities



Manage all the graphic design requirements for the brand to ensure all work is complete before deadlines and in line with our guidelines. This covers all graphic elements from online and retail through to packaging. This will involve managing the junior graphic designer to ensure they are given clear areas to manage, that their workload is balanced, they are involved the creative process and ensure they are developing in their role. Support the team in the development of assets that link to and bring to life the marketing calendar and overall brand stories. This will also involve giving opinion on ad hoc creative projects. Work closely with our studio to brief them on upcoming external asset requirements, involving them in all creative developments and supporting them on shoots/casting etc. Develop strong mood boards and be very clear on the imagery. Make selects from all photo shoots that fulfil the needs of all the stakeholders in the most effective way. Work with the junior graphic designer on the casting of models, and aspects of shoot production Work closely with the marketing, online teams to ensure the creative team provides each with assets that best represent their needs and best represent the brand. Work closely with the marketing team to create and develop engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms. .

Qualifications, Skills and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as an Graphic Designer or a similar creative leadership role, preferably within the luxury fashion or lifestyle industry. Ideally at least 5 years industry experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Experience in Klaviyo, Shopify, Pinterest and Email Marketing A strong portfolio showcasing your creative concepts, graphics skills and ability to bring ideas to life across various mediums. A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide the creative team towards outstanding results. Be able to give and receive criticism well and act on it. Be incredibly organised and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate your creative vision to both internal stakeholders and external partners. An interest in fashion, design, art, craftsmanship, and luxury lifestyle.
This is a full-time role based at our head office Rotherham

Salary Dependent on experience.
