The role



We seek a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Head Office Marketing team in Tunbridge Wells. You'll be instrumental in creating engaging ideas for our daily and seasonal marketing campaigns and bringing them to life in print, on-screen and in our window displays.

Produce designs across marketing campaigns Create and produce social media content ideas Design original artwork Keep abreast of current trends Work across a range of print and digital publishing platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Design for a range of print and digital outputs with meticulous attention to detail Manage projects from concept to completion, including artworking. Create cohesive, on-brand communications for daily and seasonal marketing campaigns Contribute to window scheme development and in-store graphics Stay up to date with design trends and apply them appropriately

What we're looking for


A team player with a positive, constructive mindset with creative flair, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3+ years of graphic design experience Experienced in using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) Confident in using Microsoft Office Knowledge of website and email CMS is desirable (e.g. Shopify, Mailchimp, Omnisend) Strong layout, typography, and print/digital design skills Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design Ability to balance creative flair with strategic thinking Confident in managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator with a collaborative spirit Passionate about design, innovation, and ongoing learning
