We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer with a creative mindset, strong design skills, and a keen eye for detail to take ownership of our graphic design needs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, naturally creative, and capable of producing high-quality, visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content to support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, website, events, email, and sales collateral.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and create visually engaging content for print and digital marketing channels. The design and production of catalogues, flyers, business cards, adverts, exhibition materials and internal communications for the company's brands. Collaborate closely with team members to execute marketing campaigns to a high standard whilst meeting deadlines. Present compelling visual content concepts and adjust based on feedback. Apply designs to packaging artwork and labels to be sent to our Far East suppliers. Prepare digital assets for social media, HTML campaigns and websites. Manage graphic content on company websites using content management systems such as WordPress. Collect and organise product information and images. Ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all materials, adhering to brand guidelines. Liaise with external suppliers, including factories and printers. Contribute creative input during concept development meetings. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design. Attend trade shows and assist with set-up, when required.

Ideally, they will:

Have proven experience of 3+ years in an in-house B2B graphic design role. Skilled in Adobe applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and EasyCatalog. Hold a degree-level qualification in graphic design or similar. A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical ability, and brand identity. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems, especially WordPress, is beneficial. B2B experience is ideal, but not essential. Knowledge of the fastener and fixings industry is not essential.

Skills and Abilities



Good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google packages. Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, especially programmes such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Strong photo editing capabilities. Experience with video editing software would be advantageous. Able to work individually and as part of a wider team. Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal/written communication. Confident communicator. Able to manage a varied workload. A positive can-do attitude.
