About the Role


We're building a brand-new creative team to shape and drive our product ranges across a portfolio of high-profile retail and B2B websites. Some of these platforms are long-established and well-loved, making this a rare opportunity to innovate while building on strong heritage and proven success.

You'll work on a diverse and creative product portfolio, from personalised gifts to handmade bespoke prints. This role is perfect for a graphic designer who thrives on creativity, enjoys hands-on design, and is equally confident contributing strategically to product development and business growth.

With ambitious expansion plans, now is an exciting time to join as we scale the business and enhance our product offering.

Please note: this role involves regular travel between our Thirsk and Shirebrook sites, as well as occasional supplier visits and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities


As our Graphic Designer, you will:

Develop innovative concepts and designs for personalised and print-on-demand product ranges, ensuring they are both market-leading and commercially viable. Produce high-quality, production-ready artwork that meets supplier and manufacturing requirements. Generate accurate and visually compelling customer previews for our bespoke personalisation tools. Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of design trends and inform product development. Collaborate closely with commercial, production, and marketing teams to understand briefs, set priorities, and deliver on deadlines. Photoshop images and enhance visual content where needed, coordinating with the e-com and marketing team as required. Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of artworkers, ensuring timely and accurate production of files and templates for new product launches. Identify opportunities to improve processes, software, and workflows, driving efficiency, innovation, and quality. Participate in strategy meetings, contributing ideas for new products, website updates, and social media initiatives.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with experience in artwork preparation, image editing, and print or personalised product design.

Desirable Experience



Experience with personalised or print-on-demand products or experience in trend led creative graphic design Not essential - but an understanding of website design, social media visuals, and digital marketing campaigns. Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring a small creative team.
