We're looking for a Copywriter & Graphic Designer with creative flair, commercial instinct, and a love for storytelling to join our fast-moving in-house team. You'll report directly to the Senior Creative Manager within the CPM (Creative, Product & Marketing) team and work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, and Sales to bring our collections to life through striking visuals and persuasive words.
This role bridges both copy and design - and we appreciate that great creatives often lean stronger into one than the other. If you bring exceptional skill in either of these two areas (and the curiosity to grow in the other), we'd love to hear from you.
This is a temporary role covering maternity LEAVE (minimum 10 months) - but for the right creative mind, there's every chance this could become a permanent position.
What you'll do:
Create bold, engaging
sales copy
that captures attention and drives conversions across web, email, print, and socials.
Design high-impact
visual assets
that bring our stories and products to life - from packaging to promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales
teams to align creative direction with commercial goals.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where deadlines move quickly and ideas move faster.
Inject your own creativity into every brief - shaping how collectors connect with history.
What you'll bring:
Experience in
marketing-focused design.
Proficiency in
Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
A sharp eye for layout, typography, and detail.
A passion for storytelling and design that sells, informs, and inspires.
The ability to stay cool under pressure - balancing quality with speed.
