The Pantry are a forward-thinking catering company operating in Education Contract Catering, the Dessert sector, and Hospitality sectors. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Head of Marketing and contribute to the development of marketing materials across various brands, ensuring each one stands out in its respective industry.
The Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing in executing visual marketing strategies. You'll work closely with other teams, producing high-quality designs that communicate our various brands different values and resonate with our target audience. You will assist in the creation of a wide range of materials, including digital content, print marketing collateral, and branding assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Visual Design:
Work with the Head of Marketing to maintain and evolve the visual identity of our Education Contract Catering, Dessert Brand, and Hospitality divisions. Create engaging designs that are consistent across all channels.
Design Creation:
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and website assets. Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media & Digital Content:
Create eye-catching visual content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more to engage our audiences. This includes the editing of short and long film.
Print Design & Materials:
Design high-quality printed marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and newsletters that help promote our offerings.
Cross-Brand Collaboration:
Assist in the execution of cross-functional campaigns, ensuring the design is cohesive and supports the broader marketing objectives across our diverse brands.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the creation of design assets for product launches, events, and promotional activities within the catering, dessert, and hospitality sectors.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably within the foodservice, hospitality, or branding industry, but not essential.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling designs across various mediums.
Understanding of digital and print design best practices, with the ability to create designs that work across platforms and formats.
A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to solving design challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Ability to juggle multiple design projects with varying deadlines.
A passion for food, hospitality, and a desire to bring creativity to life in the marketing space.
Desirable Attributes:
Experience with animation or motion graphics.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for web and mobile platforms.
An understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and how design can influence online engagement.
