We are now seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Illustrator to lead and develop our visual communication across the company. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand is represented to clients, partners and the wider industry.
Role Overview
This role will will be responsible for creating and maintaining all branded materials, including welcome packs, company documentation, digital assets, and social media content. You'll have a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels to both clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the company's visual brand identity across print and digital
Design and update welcome packs, policy documents, brochures and onboarding materials
Create social media content (graphics, infographics, promotional visuals)
Produce illustrations, icons and diagrams to explain insurance products clearly
Work with the Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure all materials meet FCA guidelines
Maintain internal design libraries, templates and brand asset folders
Support ad-hoc design requests from various departments
Collaborate with external printers, agencies or suppliers when required
Key Qualifications:
UX/UI Knowledge.
Prototyping/Wireframing.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
Keen attention to detail.
Creativity.
Graphic design skills (Beneficial).
Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator (insurance/financial services a bonus)
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout design and illustration skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
Comfortable working within brand guidelines - plus developing them further
Understanding of designing for regulated industries and compliance environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong typographic skills
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
