Are you a highly creative individual with previous experience within a digital design role?

We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer/Social Media Content Creator to join a company that are a leading manufacturer and distributor of products for some of the biggest named clients in the world and among a number of different industries, there\xe2\x80\x99s literally something to interest everyone here!

As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the social media content to help drive the businesses brand awareness. We are looking for the right candidate to create engaging content using platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Tik Tok.

This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within a design role who is also confident using social media tools.

The role is mainly office based in Dunstable, although home working is allowed when required, but the team tend to be in the offices together as a standard.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with an early finish of 4pm on a Friday.

The salary for this position is paying between \xc2\xa333K to \xc2\xa338K depending on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience. The company also offer a number of fantastic benefits including subsidised benefits with plenty of different options, private health care and more. This office does also have free parking on site.

Please note there will be a 2-stage interview process for this position, and you will need to provide some form of portfolio of evidence of your previous design work/experience.

Main duties include:

  • Support the marketing team in delivering advertising, publicity, and general marketing campaigns.
  • Create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, video marketing, web content).
  • Create dynamic, written, graphic, infographic and video content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence on company web sites.
  • Create social media presence on new and developing media platforms.
  • Running the Social Media Accounts for all the company\xe2\x80\x99s house brands.
  • Analyse and report on the success of social media, email & web campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of company websites, help create content and update when necessary.
  • Develop customer databases and co-ordinate direct mail and email marketing campaigns for the UK and overseas depots.
  • Assist when requested in all areas of the Marketing Department.
Candidate requirements:
  • Proactive and energetic individual who can create and publish engaging content that fits the companies B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience in creating and delivering social media strategies.
  • Accomplished across social media platforms including Facebook & Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.
  • Flair for creativity and confident using creative software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
  • Proven track record of using reporting tools such as Google Analytics & Data Studio
  • Good knowledge of Adobe graphic design software packages.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and project manage large & sometimes complex activities.
  • Must be a team player with a can-do attitude & spirit.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good administration, organisational, time management.
