Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our studio team. You'll play a key role within the design team, supporting our social and campaign teams, creating eye-catching visuals and animations that bring our clients' brands to life across digital, social, and print platforms.

What you'll be doing:

Designing engaging graphics, animations, and motion content to support social media campaigns. Creating polished layouts and visual assets for digital, print, and presentations. Working closely with campaign and content teams to translate ideas into brand-consistent creative. Bringing a marketing mindset to your design work, ensuring assets not only look great but also achieve campaign objectives. Problem-solving creatively and delivering assets on time across multiple projects.

What we're looking for:

A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work. Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) Excellent understanding of design principles -- typography, hierarchy, and composition. Awareness of social media formats, trends, and best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present design concepts. Highly organised and confident managing multiple briefs at once.

Bonus experience:

Brand management or marketing experience, linking creative work to measurable outcomes. Interest in exploring new formats and emerging design tools.
