Duties
Product Visuals & Listings:
Design and optimize primary product images, lifestyle shots, infographics, and A+ (Enhanced Brand Content) for platforms like Amazon and eBay, ensuring they meet platform-specific guidelines and highlight product features.
Multimedia Content Creation:
Produce and edit short-form videos, animations, GIFs, and motion graphics specifically tailored for engaging social media content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and digital advertising campaigns.
Digital Marketing Assets:
Create design assets for various marketing channels, including website banners, email campaigns, category landing pages, and online advertisements, all while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, product managers, and web developers to align visual content with overall business objectives and campaign strategies.
UX/UI Considerations:
Design with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles in mind to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.
Design Iteration & Optimization:
Utilize performance data and A/B testing results to iterate on designs and optimize visual content for maximum engagement and sales impact.
Brand Guardianship:
Develop, maintain, and evolve visual identity and brand guidelines across all platforms and projects.
Market Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce design trends, software developments, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Amazon's changing image rules, TikTok's video formats).
Requirements
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is essential. Familiarity with other tools like Figma, Canva, or 3D modeling software is a plus.
Creative and Innovative Mindset:
Ability to generate original ideas and transform complex concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.
Platform-Specific Knowledge:
A strong understanding of the unique design requirements and best practices for major e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
