Graphic & UX Designer

We're looking for a super creative designer with a razor-sharp eye for detail to join the NetXL Marketing Team.

If you live and breathe Adobe Creative Suite and love transforming ideas into standout visuals across digital and print, this role is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your design career, or take it to the next level.

This is your chance to

shape and elevate NetXL's visual identity

- and the market-leading brands we distribute - through bold, impactful design. You'll work across social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and print - with plenty of space to flex your creativity and push design boundaries.

What you'll be doing:

70% Graphic Design / 15% UX Design / 15% Analytics Designing

scroll-stopping visuals

for social, email campaigns, and print Creating and updating

website assets

, from homepage banners to UI icons and product visuals Developing

digital ad campaigns

for Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more Collaborating with marketing to produce

branded content that drives engagement

Working with vendors on

co-branded graphics

and keeping visual identity sharp and consistent Getting involved in

UX/UI projects

using Figma - refining layouts and enhancing the customer journey on our website

What you'll need to bring:

Strong knowledge of the

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with

Figma

- or the curiosity to learn it quickly A

laser-sharp eye for detail

- perfecting typography, composition, and visual hierarchy A

creative portfolio

that shows originality, personality, and your design craft (coursework, freelance, or personal projects welcome) Curiosity about

how design impacts performance
