Week 2: Sunday - Wednesday 06:00-18:00
Purpose
To oversee the keying of daily intake information and dealing with discrepancies
Liaising with drivers, couriers and head office based staff
Keep on top of daily figures and audits keeping trackers up to date
Organise and control new store launch packs
Compete issuing tasks and support site administrator when needed
Support Graphic Supervisors
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Ensure accurate recording of delivery information is entered onto the mainframe and rapid system.
Ensure all daily intake deliveries are received and any issues / discrepancies are recorded and completed.
Understand company policies.
Health and Safety
Comply with all site safety procedures and regulations.
Follow all H&S training / Risk assessments which are provided.
Wear correct PPE and challenge others who don't, especially external drivers.
People Responsibilities
Support pickers and location management team.
Provide support to Supervisors and Duty Managers
Excellent communication skills with suppliers, Head Office Teams and External couriers.
Participate and encourage idea generation.
