Are you a passionate and experienced kitchen professional looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a dynamic Kitchen Team Leader to support our Kitchen Supervisor in driving excellence across our kitchen operation.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be key in fostering a motivated, productive, and high-performing kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to step up in their career, offering leadership, coaching, and a chance to make a real impact on the day-to-day running of Woody's kitchen.

Hours & Schedule:

Off-peak: 16.75 hours per week Peak (school holidays): 23.25 hours per week Includes alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the kitchen team, providing direction, feedback, and training. Ensure efficient and safe use of kitchen equipment. Identify improvements in processes, waste management, and team collaboration. Maintain food quality, presentation, portion control, and timeliness to meet customer expectations. Manage stock control, ordering, and wastage. Assist with staff rotas and training to ensure the right people are in place. Champion food safety, hygiene, and company values.

What We're Looking For:

Proven kitchen experience and understanding of food safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills. A focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Ability to manage and develop a team.
