Job description:

We are looking for smart, ambitious and inquisitive individuals to join our Graduate AI Engineer training programme.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in software engineering who wants to pursue a career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Upon joining, you will take part in a remote, fast-track and fully paid 9-week training programme before starting work on a client project. During the training, you will develop strong foundations in AI development and modern tooling. You will be trained in Python, FastAPI, HuggingFace, LangGraph, LangChain, and web development with JavaScript, as well as gaining practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its tools.

Our hands-on programme blends technical skill-building with professional consulting development to prepare you for success in the AI industry. You will receive ongoing support throughout your client placement, which is based in Central London.

Salary and benefits:

Paid from Day 1 of training Starting salary of 18,000 during training and rising to 28,850 on your first client placement. 22 days' holiday plus eight bank holidays with an extra day added for each year you work with us. What we are looking for:

All backgrounds welcome. We are especially interested in individuals who have a strong passion for technology and a desire to grow in the field of AI. Accepted degree subjects - Any, advantageous if you have exposure to programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, Java, or Bash Scripting.
