Dirt-Free Scotland Ltd is expanding its specialist

TR19 kitchen extract cleaning division

and is recruiting a

full-time Grease Hygiene Operative

. This role is suited to someone who wants more than just a job and is interested in progressing into

a lead operative, supervisory or management position

as the division grows.

This is a hands-on, site-based role to start with, mainly carried out

out of hours

, with a genuine long-term opportunity for the right person to help run the division.

Key Responsibilities

TR19-compliant cleaning of kitchen extract systems Cleaning canopies, filters, ducting and extract fans Before and after photographic reporting Completing job sheets and compliance documentation Assisting with site surveys using a structured checklist Working mainly evenings and early mornings when kitchens are closed Following company safety systems and quality standards

Pay & Benefits

Basic salary:

26,000 per year

Bonus:

25 per completed job Typical earnings:

30,000-33,000 per year

Requirements

Essential:

Experience in TR19 cleaning, industrial cleaning, ventilation or similar Full UK driving licence Confident working at height (ladders/roof access) Able to work independently and manage workload Comfortable with night work Reliable, punctual and professional Able to use a phone/tablet for photos and reporting

Desirable:

PASMA, IPAF or access qualifications Experience in compliance, FM or fire safety environments Ambition to progress into supervision or management

Working Hours

Full-time (typically 40 hours per week) Primarily out-of-hours (after 9pm or early mornings) Occasional daytime surveys Overtime available during busy periods

Dirt-Free Scotland Ltd provides specialist cleaning services across Glasgow and the Central Belt, including TR19 kitchen extract cleaning, industrial cleaning, high-level access work, DOFF steam cleaning and external facade cleaning. We are expanding our TR19 division due to strong demand and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.
