Temporary up to 31 October 2025
The opportunity has arisen for 12 Green Spaces - Urban and Rural Highway Grass Cutting Operatives to join the service. The role will require working as part of a team delivering a quality grass cutting service on Highway Urban and Rural Verges, Central Reservations, and other locations. You will have experience in using handheld horticultural machinery - ride on and pedestrian mowers/strimmer's/blowers plus a good geographical knowledge of the county.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
A Health Surveillance assessment through our Occupational Health Service is a requirement for this post.
