We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our Greenkeeping team based at the Jubilee Greenkeeping Centre. In this key support role, you will provide confidential and efficient administrative assistance to the Senior Greenkeeping staff, and to the Director of Greenkeeping and Greenkeeping Managers on an ad-hoc basis.
This is a varied position requiring excellent IT skills and a proactive approach to digital working. With most administrative processes now fully digitalised, you will be expected to adopt existing systems and practices while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve them.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, attentive to detail, and confident in managing digital documents, reports, and correspondence. You will maintain accurate electronic records and support the smooth operation of the Greenkeeping Department through effective communication and coordination. A strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure are essential.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital document management systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital, as you will be collaborating with a large and diverse team. Previous administrative experience in a professional or facilities environment would be advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated and supportive team within one of golf's most respected organisations. You will play an important role in ensuring the efficient running of the department while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
If you are organised, motivated, and ready to make a difference, we would love to hear from you
