We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our kitchen and restaurant run smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Duties

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety regulations and standards. Manage daily operations within the restaurant, including staff scheduling and training. Assist in the preparation of meals, demonstrating culinary skills as needed. Foster a positive work environment by motivating team members and promoting teamwork. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Handle any issues or complaints from customers promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety. archiving sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous. Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
