Points of responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring all meals are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as required.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Keep the grill area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and food preparation tasks.
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
