We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Grillman to join our exciting culinary team at hanbaagaasuuteeki. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling and smashing patties to a high standards, ensuring a consistent and quality service experience. Responsibilities

Operate grills and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently to prepare a variety of food items. Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as required by the menu. Monitor cooking times and adjust heat levels accordingly to ensure optimal results. Follow all hygiene protocols, including proper handling of raw ingredients and waste disposal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Keep accurate records of food stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

Skills

Proven experience in a similar role or a strong interest in culinary arts. Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Ability to operate grill equipment safely and efficiently. Good organisational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
