We're looking for a polite, friendly and enthusiastic Head Elf to join our Grotto team.
As Head Elf, you'll be responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience to every visitor. This includes greeting families, taking payments, overseeing the other elves, assisting Father Christmas and maintaining the magical atmosphere of the grotto.
Key Responsibilities
Greet families when they arrive at the grotto and ensure all visits run smoothly and on time Oversee the other elves and maintain the grotto's magical appearance Troubleshoot and provide solutions to queries, providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times Ensure the toy area and any consumables are kept well-stocked for the next day
Prerequisites
The ideal candidates will have:
Previous supervisory experience An enthusiasm for Christmas and character work High energy, friendliness, and team spirit Strong customer service and people skills Flexibility with hours and responsibilities
Duration
Various shifts available November to December 2025
