We're looking for a

Grotto Supervisor

to join our Christmas team at

Pennine Garden Centre

and help ensure every visitor has a magical experience. With more than 5,000 guests expected to visit our Grotto this year, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly and making sure the festive spirit shines through.

Flexibility is key!

The grotto has varying opening times in the run-up to Christmas, so we'll need someone who can adapt and lead with a smile.

Your festive responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming families to the grotto Managing the flow of visitors so timed sessions run seamlessly Supervising our Elves and supporting the Manager in their absence Completing daily checklists (H&S, equipment etc.) and actioning as needed Organising rotas, timesheets, and staff breaks Handling customer queries and resolving issues with care Keeping the grotto tidy and magical at all times Building great relationships with colleagues across the team Carrying out any additional tasks to help keep the festive magic alive!

Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: 13.00-13.47 per hour
