Ground Floor Team Member
Job Description
This is a hands on role, you will be assisting in the day to day operations of the hotel from bedrooms, restaurant/bar operations to assisting in weddings & functions.
Ideally, you should have at least 1 years hotel experience.
The ideal candidate will:
Be customer focused with a commitment to deliver the best customer service.
Be able to work independently and in a team.
Have experience in a hotel environment.
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Be passionate about hospitality and the industry in general.
Handle guest's complaints in a correct and calm manner.
Use own initiative to improve revenue for the hotel.
Have excellent organisation and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
