Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Support the organisation and tidiness of the worksite, including waste removal and site clearance Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials Prepare sites for construction or maintenance activities by setting up necessary tools and equipment Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Support team members with ad hoc tasks as required to meet project deadlines

Skills

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour over extended periods Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key
