Job Description
Groundworker required - Weekends only
20.00 per Hour
12 hours per week (6 hours Saturday and 6 hours Sunday)
Between the hours of 09:00 and 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday
We have a new project anticipated to take 6+ months to complete and require an experienced Groundworker. You will probably need your own transport due to the rural location and distance from public transport.
Experience and a good attitude essential.
Job Role:
Hard and soft landscaping construction. Grounds maintenance. Working on a single residential site
Skills & Qualifications required:
Previous groundworking experience required, eg paving, groundwork, laying Indian stone patios, as well as ongoing soft maintenance. Have a good eye for detail. Self motivated. Be positive, hard working and reliable. Able to work to high standards. Physically fit and happy to work outdoors throughout the year. Be self motivated and be able to work independently and also in a team. Understanding of and compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Ability to adapt and overcome challenges.
Candidates must be able to supply proof of entitlement to work in the UK and provide 2 checkable work references.
