We're looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our growing team at D Noble Limited, a family-run housebuilder with over 60 years experience creating exceptional homes across Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a talented groundworker to join our growing team on a permanent basis, focusing on vital roads and sewers projects in and around the Castleford area.

What you'll be doing:

As a Groundworker with remedials experience, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the structural integrity and longevity of our projects. Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

Excavation and trenching Drainage installation and repair Concreting and foundation work Ducting and utility installation

Identifying and rectifying defects in existing groundworks

Carrying out repairs and improvements to drainage, foundations, and other ground-related structures

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans Operating various plant machinery safely and efficiently (if qualified) Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Groundworker, with significant experience in

remedial works

. Solid understanding of groundworks techniques and best practices. Ability to accurately identify and troubleshoot ground-related issues. Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools. Valid CSCS card is essential. Full UK driving license preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Relevant plant operator tickets (e.g., Dumper, Excavator) are highly desirable but not essential.
