Groundworker/General Builder
C&A Construction & Maintenance are a North East company specializing in the reactive maintenance and refurbishment of properties, both domestic & commercial. We operate throughout the North of England, from South Yorkshire to the Scottish Borders, and offer a 24 hour call-out service with our head office based in Co.Durham, with our headquarters in Crook.

We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker with a sound knowledge of other building trades to assist with various small works projects in northern England.

The ideal candidate will have a experience in working as part of a team to deliver small projects.

the Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience with Groundworks and experience with some general building maintenance trades.

Candidate must have good experience with commercial groundworks, repairs and reinstatements.

Working hours generally include Monday-Friday 0800-1630, there will be an opportunity for overtime on occasions and all employees are required to join the call-out rota for out of hours emergency jobs every few weeks for which overtime rates and call out payment applies; must also be prepared to work outside of normal hours when required.
