Job Overview

We are expanding and currently seeking an experience Groundworks Foreman to join our team. This is a key supervisory role overseeing groundwork activities and supporting installation tasks such as steel erection and PVC cover fitting. You will work alongside our existing Site Foreman and report to the Project Manager, Operations Director and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise groundworks on live construction sites

Ensure all work meets safety, quality and specification requirements

Interpret and work from technical drawings and site plans

Communicate effectively with site teams, project managers and contractors

Complete daily site records and quality checks

Support other installation work (e.g. steel framework, PVC covers) as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Minimum 5 year of experience as a Groundworker

Experience in a supervisory or Foreman role (preferred)

Valid CSCS Black or Gold card (preferred)

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (essential)

Full UK driving licence (required)

Ability to travel across UK and stay overnight when required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work from construction drawings

What We Offer

Competitive salary: 42,000 - 52,000 dependant on experience
