All-Round, Experienced Groundworker

to step into a

lead role

within our growing team. Due to continued

expansion

and a strong pipeline of

quality commercial and residential projects

, we're looking for a skilled, motivated groundworker who can take ownership on site and lead by example.

The Ideal Candidate:

5+ years' groundworks experience Proven ability to lead and direct a small team All-rounder with confidence in a wide range of external works Confident in laying slabs, kerbs, edgings, and other finishing works Strong experience with drainage installation - internal and external, ensuring correct levels and stack setups Able to dig footings and pour concrete to a high standard Capable of banking and working alongside 360 Machines and Dumpers Skilled in reading site drawings and setting out levels accurately Experience across commercial and residential developments Flexible with working hours - Saturdays and working away as required References required, DBS preferred
