We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundworker who has forward tipping dumper ticket to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential groundwork tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment. Assist in the excavation of trenches and foundations, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Operate hand tools and machinery as required for various groundwork tasks. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project specifications. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any defects or issues promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in groundwork or construction is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the construction industry is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required. A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
