About Us:

Threds Construction is a reputable construction company based in Kent, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial refurbishments. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable ground workers/gang to join our team, for ongoing project in London(SE27).

Role Overview:

You will be a part of a team carrying out various groundwork's and construction work on a commercial property, the work will mainly consist of laying patios, gardening/landscaping, groundworks etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of groundworks Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and quality standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Complete on site forms when required Communicate effectively and work closely with site management and other trades Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

Must be CIS registered

Minimum 5 years' experience in groundworks High quality workmanship and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own tools, PPE and van Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Valid full, clean UK driving license City & Guilds or equivalent Self-employed Good spoken English Eligible to legally work in the UK CSCS
