Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Groundworker will be responsible for driveway preparation, maintenance, and assisting with various manual tasks as required.

Duties

Block paving flagging indian stone fencing turfing etc landscaping Prepare and maintain driveways patios by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment. Assist in the excavation driveways patios fencing and foundations, Operate basic machinery and tools safely, including compactors, and hand tools. Follow instructions effectively with team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the duration of the project. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience in groundworks or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with construction tools and machinery is preferred. A valid driver's licence is beneficial for transportation to various job sites. Strong physical fitness is required due to the manual nature of the role, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: 75.00-130.00 per day
