Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

Competitive - dependant on experience

Hours:

41.5 hours per week (standard hours)

Holiday:

30 days per year including bank holidays, rising with length of service

About Us

South Wales Sports Grounds Ltd is a well-established, family-run sports surface contractor with over 60 years' experience. We specialise in the design, construction and maintenance of sports and recreational facilities across Wales and South West England.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join our site teams. You will work as part of a team delivering high-quality groundworks and construction activities on sports and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general groundworks including excavation, drainage, concreting and kerbing Assist with preparation and installation of sports surfaces Operate hand tools and small plant safely Work effectively as part of a site team Follow health & safety procedures at all times Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good timekeeping and strong work ethic Willingness to travel to sites across South Wales and surrounding areas
