Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker / Labourer with experience in concrete works to join our hands-on team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in groundwork and general construction tasks and will take pride in delivering quality work efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of groundwork including concrete laying, shuttering, and mixing Assist with site preparation and clearance Digging trenches, laying pipes, and setting foundations Loading and unloading materials and tools Supporting skilled trades on-site as required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Follow site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in concrete works and groundwork Full UK driving licence (essential) Access to own vehicle (essential) Right to work in the UK (essential) Own core tools and PPE Willingness to travel to various sites as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
