Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundworker to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the business working on, construction & groundworks projects, as well as landscaping.

This position requires a hands-on approach, utilising both machinery and hand tool skills.

You will need to be able to work together as a team or on our own site depending on the workloads of the week.

I'm looking for someone who works in a clean tidy and professional manner. Who is keen to impress and progress.

Duties

Operate machinery and hand tools for various landscaping & construction tasks. Must have a full uk driving licence. Be able to work of a set of architectural drawings and read and und plans. Must have own set of power & hand tools with a van. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in landscaping and construction. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to construction and ground woks equipment is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. A strong work ethic with attention to detail is crucial for ensuring high-quality results.

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
