Key Responsibilities
Working On Site
: Work under supervision of one of our site foremen, as part of an efficient team.
Safety & Compliance
:?Adhere to health and safety protocols, maintaining our commitment to best practices and industry standards.
Equipment Maintenance
:?Ensure vehicles, plant, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
Documentation
:?Accurately complete timesheets, equipment inspection records, and other essential paperwork.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Groundworks Experience
:?Must have previous groundworks experience, including concrete works, kerbs, and drainage.
License & Transport
:?Full UK driving license (max 3 points) and access to own transport.
Professional Demeanour
:?Ability to conduct work in a professional, flexible, and results-oriented manner.
Communication & Teamwork
:?Strong interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining positive working relationships.
Technical Skills:
?Proficient in interpreting plans and drawings.
Desirable
Certifications
:?CSCS/NPORS machine tickets and a First Aid qualification.
