About Us:

EBO Paving & Groundworks Ltd is a well-established construction company based in Edinburgh, specializing in all aspects of groundworks, paving, drainage, foundations, and site preparation. We work with leading developers and contractors across Central Scotland and are now looking to expand our supervisory team.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Groundworks Supervisor

to oversee daily site operations and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and previous experience supervising teams on residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site teams (groundworkers, plant operators, labourers). Ensure all works are carried out according to design, specification, and safety standards. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and clients. Monitor progress and report to senior management. Manage materials, deliveries, and plant usage efficiently. Enforce Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or Foreman. Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, kerbing, and paving. SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred). Valid CSCS card. Full UK driving licence. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
