Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Ground Workout Instructor. This role involves leading outdoor fitness sessions focused on ground-based exercises, promoting health and well-being within our community. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging workout routines, motivating participants, and ensuring a safe environment for all attendees. Prior experience in fitness instruction or outdoor training is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Lead and facilitate outdoor ground workout sessions tailored to various fitness levels Develop innovative and effective exercise routines that incorporate bodyweight movements and ground-based activities Motivate participants to achieve their personal fitness goals while maintaining a positive environment Ensure all exercises are performed safely, providing guidance on proper technique and posture Monitor participant progress and offer modifications as needed to accommodate different abilities Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the workout area before and after sessions Promote health and safety guidelines during all activities, including social distancing measures where applicable

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of participants Knowledge of fitness principles, particularly ground-based exercises such as planks, push-ups, sit-ups, and core strengthening movements Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and provide constructive feedback Organised with excellent time management skills to lead sessions effectively Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health and wellness in the community Previous experience in fitness instruction or outdoor training is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: 97.68-371.12 per day
