About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
with a strong background ingroundworks and civil engineering
to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities related to groundworks, drainage, foundations, and concrete structures. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and labourers. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies. Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery of works. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate site documentation. Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently. Identify and resolve any site issues or delays.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Site Manager
within thegroundworks/civil engineering
sector. Strong technical knowledge of groundworks and infrastructure works. ValidSMSTS
,BLACK CSCS
, andFirst Aid
certificates. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Full UK driving licence.Benefits
