Job Description
We are looking for a
Grounds and Estates Team Leader
to join our Grounds and Estates Team and assist with the ongoing management of a suite of sites including country parks, designated landscapes and impressive public grounds and gardens.Responsibilities:
Estates Maintenance
- Maintenance of the estate grounds through grass cutting, path maintenance, hedge cutting, scrub clearance, fence repairs, autumn leaf clearance, weed control, shrub and tree pruning using a wide range of tools and machinery;Gardens and Grounds
- Maintenance of extensive gardens including formal borders, shrubs and lawns.Qualifications:
Practical estate and grounds maintenance skills including the use of associated tools and machinery such as strimmers and ride-on mowers; Full clean driving license; Happy to work outside despite the weather conditions; Excellent communication skills.
