We're looking for a

Grounds Maintenance Operative

who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation Report site hazards and relevant information to management Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required Spray license would be great but not essential if not they will be put through for it. Summer months going to all 50524 shelters and spray weeds Winter months support the poster/maintenance team with fitting case, repairing cases etc. Work van provided, not for private use

What we're looking for:

Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments Good understanding of smartphone technology Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
