The Opportunity



An exciting role has become available within Cambrias Grounds Maintenance Team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative working in our South Wales region, you will be responsible for ensuring that sites are well maintained



The rate of pay for this role is 12.60 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, (average earnings 26,208 per year).



This is an exciting full time, permanent role where the work is varied, and you can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with good products and making a real difference to the lives of the residents of Wales & West Housing.

We are seeking applicants with experience of grounds maintenance work and/or estate services delivery e.g. in a Housing Association, Local Authority Parks Department or with a Grounds Maintenance Contractor.

Your duties will include:

Ensuring that all communal areas and refuse areas are clean, well maintained and kept free of rubbish and litter.



Maintaining and improving all grassed, planted and soft or hard landscaped areas in line with Cambrias Values and Operating Principles.



Proactively working with others as required and assisting in the ongoing engagement with residents regarding the maintenance and management of the site.



You must also possess a current valid full driving licence (a company van is provided).
