Tactical Group UK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team. Base is based in Boars Hill, Oxfordshire. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to take responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of our sites to the highest standards.
Hours - Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 11:00am
Responsibilities
Maintain outdoor areas, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control and litter picking.
Operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with health and safety procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Assist with any additional tasks as required.
Skills
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
A good level of physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
A full UK driving licence.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
