Team Leader - Grounds Maintenance

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and working within a small team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services. Managing a regular rota of sites, following detailed site-specific specifications and boundary plans. Ensuring work is completed to company standards - both independently and as part of a team. Maintaining a clean, professional company van (which you'll take home each night - no need to come to the depot each morning). Keeping all machinery and tools (like zero turns, flail mowers, and Scags) in excellent working order.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with Team Leader experience or a strong background in grounds maintenance ready to take that next step. A valid UK Driving Licence (trailer towing experience highly desirable). Confident using a full range of grounds maintenance machinery (zero-turn mowers, flails, Scags, etc.). Must hold PA1 & PA6 qualifications (additional industry certifications are a big plus). Reliable, professional, and committed to keeping your vehicle, machines, and appearance top-notch.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience and includes average annual overtime. Overtime opportunities are plentiful and ongoing.
