We are looking for someone with the ability to lead our skilled teams and effectively deliver high quality grounds maintenance services in our local communities.
You will use the full range of modern grounds maintenance equipment and we will help you train on anything you may not have used before through our Sherratt Mentorship and Training Scheme.

Duties will include the following:
Grass Cutting
Shrub Bed Maintenance
Shrub and Hedge Pruning
Weed Control
Herbicide Application
Litter Picking
Customer Liaison
Operation of PDA to plan and record service delivery and quality via our bespoke resource management system.
Role requirements:
To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site in order to achieve effective results and ensure targets and quality delivery are achieved.
Ensure daily and weekly productivity and quality targets are achieved within the agreed parameters.
Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with the company or client specifications and schedule and that all quality standards are met.
Liaise professionally with all clients and residents.
Completion of internal compliance and system paperwork, documents, forms as required by the business.
Ensure your team are carrying out their duties in an efficient, safe and professional manner, ensuring the correct PPE is being worn in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and current legislation.
Prior experience in a similar role essential
Must be driven to deliver high quality results first time, every time for our clients
Full UK Driving Licence
