We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Associate to join our team. Duties

To carry out footpath work for the Local Authority i.e. fencing, ditching, gate hanging etc To use chainsaws to log up fallen timber etc Carry out landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control to uphold the visual appeal of outdoor spaces. Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for construction and maintenance activities. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and site conditions to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members on construction projects related to outdoor development or renovation. Maintain organised work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are stored correctly after use.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or construction environments. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools & hand tools, competently. Familiarity with general maintenance procedures and safety protocols on outdoor sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. Good organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to landscaping and site maintenance. Valid relevant certifications or licences (e.g., CSCS card or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential. Pay: 24,420.00-28,500.00 per year
