We're looking for
enthusiastic grounds operatives
to join our growing team at Grounds, Gardens & Trees Ltd.This is a
self-employed role
, Monday to Friday,13/hour
, with the chance to move into a permanent employed position. You'll be working outdoors on landscaping, fencing, and grounds maintenance projects, helping keep commercial and local authority sites looking their best.What you'll do:
Mow, trim, and edge lawns Prepare beds for planting and maintain plants, shrubs, and trees Water and care for gardens and landscapes Build and maintain fences, pathways, and garden features Use hand tools and power tools safely Keep equipment in good working order Work as part of a small team to deliver high-quality results
What we're looking for:
Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or outdoor construction preferred Hands-on, practical, and reliable Able to work in all weather conditions Team player with a positive attitude Full UK driving licence (Required) Green CSCS card (Required) Safety critical medical (Desirable)
What we offer:
