We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of driving machines. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, including digging, building erection. The Groundworker will play a crucial role in ensuring that our landscapes are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

Digging and preparing ground for planting or construction projects Building structures such as fences, pathways,concretting,roofing. Operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Performing general ground work tasks to keep outdoor areas tidy and well-maintained Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge related to the use of power tools and driving machinary Ability to dig, build, and maintain various outdoor structures Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project completion Valid driving licence may be advantageous for transportation of equipment
